We want you in the right fit. If something isn't right, here's how returns and exchanges work.

How to start a return or exchange

Message us on WhatsApp or email with your order number and what you'd like to do. We'll confirm the next steps and, for exchanges, reserve your replacement size where possible.

What you can return

Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags attached, returned within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons we can't accept items that have been worn or washed.

Exchanges for size or colour

This is the fastest option. Once we receive your item — or arrange a swap on delivery — we send the replacement size or colour, subject to availability. If your choice is out of stock, we'll offer an alternative or a refund.

Who pays for return shipping

If an item is faulty or we sent the wrong product, SAMAA covers all shipping. For a standard size or colour exchange we cover delivery of the replacement and ask you to cover the return leg. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued once we receive and inspect the item. Card payments are refunded to the original method; for cash-on-delivery orders we'll arrange a bank or wallet transfer, or store credit. Refunds usually take a few business days to appear.

Faulty or incorrect items

If something arrives damaged, defective or not as ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll make it right at no cost to you.
