Terms of Service

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm your order by email or message; we may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock or a pricing error occurs — and will refund any amount already paid.

All prices are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. You can pay by card online (via Paymob) or by cash on delivery where available. Prices and offers may change, but the price shown at checkout is the price you pay for that order.

We ship across Egypt. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are shown on our Shipping & Delivery page and confirmed at checkout.

Returns and exchanges are covered by our Returns & Exchange policy. Please read it before requesting a return.

Need to change or cancel an order? Contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to update it before it's dispatched; once an order has shipped it follows our returns policy.

We work hard to show our products accurately, but colours and details may vary slightly between screens and the physical item. Sizes are a guide — see each product's size information.

The SAMAA name, logo, designs, photography and site content are our property and may not be used without our permission.

To the extent permitted by law, SAMAA is not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from the use of the store or our products. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable Egyptian consumer law.
